It is a privilege to be the first visitors to this fantastic cottage. Magic ~ the people, the location, the animals (wild & tame!) ~but above all, the genuine welcome! Marvellous.

Fantastic! Just what I wanted n with my three passions: horses, dogs & beaches! I wanted to share my childhood memories with my son and we both loved it (even grandma joined in !) wonderful welcome, wonderful people, wonderful place J We will be back!!

 Absolutely fantastic .Peace & quiet, calm , beautiful scenery and wonderful walks. The cottage was cosy and warm and the welcome was fantastic. Will certainly be back.

We’ve visited many places and have never had our needs catered for or anticipated quite like this! God willing, we’ll be back!

Your thoughtfulness in providing supplies AND lovely treats for us and the dogs is really lovely and much appreciated. This is a gem of a cottage with so much to delight the eye. This location is close to heaven, with sunshine and temperatures above 20c most of the week, we couldn't ask for more. Thank you for your welcome !

We like our comforts so it was wonderful to stay in this luxurious cottage. Everything one could want and more and all those thoughtful touches, so appreciated. As for the view and location , well , just superb. Our dog is refusing to get in the car as she does not intend to leave here! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.

Thank you - just what we needed, we have really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the cosy cottage, the open fires, the warm welcome and gifts, flowers etc. We have enjoyed the views, the weather, the walks and our climb to the top of Snowdon, in the clouds!!

We have had a wonderful week here in this cosy , well equipped cottage. We appreciated the warm welcome and the basket of goodies - Bara Brith was excellent!

Despite the weather, which has been "wild" we have loved the walks on the ebach with Molly and will be back in the New Year.

What an amazing place and such a warm welcome. It was Greg's birthday whilst we were here and we cooked up a feast as the kitchen is so well equipped and we had the fantastic views out of the dining room. Also Max our greyhound was in safe hands when we had to call on Anne to help us out with some emergency first aid on him - thank you so much for that. If the weather is nice go to the beach and head right for fun along the boardwalk and wall. ( not ideal for really little ones but we managed to scale things with the buggy) . We will be back next year.

We had THE Best Time, lovely cottage. Open log fire to die for, marvellous. Thank you for the Champagne, cake and flowers. Back to reality now !
